Chicken Cutlet
Ingredients:
250 gm Boneless Chicken
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
Salt
1 onion chopped
2 Green Chilli chopped
1 tsp Ginger -Garlic Paste
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp Garam masala
1/4 cup coriander leaves chopped
2 Boiled Potato
1 Egg
Bread crumbs-as required
Oil
How to prepare:
Cook chicken with turmeric,pepper powder and salt with little water. Mince the chicken using blender.
Mash the boiled potatoes well and keep aside.
Heat 2 tsp oil,add chopped onion,green chilli and saute well.Add Ginger garlic paste.Add red chilli powder,garam masala and minced chicken.Saute well.Finally add coriander leaves and mashed potato.Mix well altogether.Allow it to cool.
Make small ball from this mix and rolled out in desired shape.
Beat egg well.
Dip each cutlet in egg and roll it in bread crumbs.Deep fry in oil.
Note: make a batter with 2 tsp maida by adding water in medium consistency.You can substitute egg with this maida paste.As my personal experience this is good for frying.
