Fish Fry

Ingredients:
250 gm Fish

Marinade:
2 Tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste( optional)
Salt-as required
water as required

Oil-as required
Curry leaves

How to prepare:
Wash the fish using salt well  and drain it.You can use lime juice for washing the fish to get rid of the smell.
Make a paste using all ingredients under marinade using little water.Marinate the fish for at least half hour.
Heat oil in a frying pan, add some curry leaves to it.It will give a nice aroma to the fish.Shallow fry the fish on medium heat.
